Hungry

When you do for me

what you want me

to do for you,

and call that love,

yet my doing the same

becomes anything but,

because neither one’s recognized,

we’ve loved past one another.

While the energy of that love

boomerangs through the universe,

let’s first unpack our own lovedness

emanating from creation itself,

truly believing it again,

for the first time.

Then let's ask one another,

"How may I unwrap divine enoughness

to show you that I love you?" and

listen deeply with our own souls

so that, when love's energy returns,

each may allow it to be planted

in our fertile, hungry hearts.
