John
4:10 (NIV) Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is
that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you
living water."
Just
as there is a large tank at the beginning of the system, there needs to be one
at the end. This is the place where
water is safely stored after having been through the entire cleaning
process. It is also the tank from which
distribution bottles are filled.
Jesus’
encounter with the Samaritan woman at the well, recorded in the fourth chapter
of John’s gospel, is one of the scriptural connections/inspirations for Living
Waters for the World. As you near the
end of this part of your journey, ask God to alert you to the people and
conversations throughout you day where you might participate in the giving and
receiving of Living Water.
