Empath

It's a road leading

to a place seemingly

impossible to reach;

a person who has

learned how self's pain,

as unique and

incomprehensible as it is,

still has the ability

to connect with another's anguish;

a heart whose cracks learn

to let Grace's living water

ingress and egress

with healing honesty;

a gift from above

opening within

to mediate incarnation

in its simplest form.
